Truck Warranty Policy：A full range of family-like Services

1. Purpose of Quality Assurance

     According to the management of automobile brand sales implementation procedures, quality assurance aims to further improve product assurance, realize brand management and services, improve service network construction, and maximize customer value.

2. Warranty scope

     The warranty applies to various trucks sold by DAFU Global, including trucks manufactured by China Heavy Truck Group and its subsidiaries, as well as trucks such as Dongfeng, Foton and ISUZU.

3. The contents and regulations of the warranty

3.1 The quality warranty period is 6 months from the date when the contracted goods are put into storage at the factory or the mileage is 20,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. Only the three major parts of the engine, drive axle and gearbox are guaranteed.

3.2 The warranty policy is only applicable to those users who strive to use the vehicle in accordance with the Sinotruk operation manual, otherwise the warranty right will be deemed to be automatically waived.

3.3 Any loss caused by severe overloading of the truck or accident caused by forced operation will not provide warranty service.

3.4 Normally worn parts:

       Oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, brake shoe friction plate, clutch driven disc, fan belt, wiper blade, light bulb, fuse, lubricating oil, grease, coolant, battery fluid, fuel, tire, etc.

3.5 If the mileage cannot be determined due to odometer or control system failure, the cumulative calculation is as follows: Actual mileage: from the date of purchase, road transport vehicles are calculated as 400 kilometers per day, and other vehicles are calculated as 200 kilometers per day.

3.6 Users who have produced a series of vehicles of Sinotruk that have reached the range of 2000-4000 kilometers must perform maintenance at the first time. After the first repair, the vehicle must be maintained every 10,000 kilometers (about 5,000 kilometers for off-road use vehicles). Failure due to lack of maintenance will not be guaranteed.

3.7 When welding auto parts, the power supply (battery cable) must be cut off. Otherwise, damage to all electrical appliances will not be guaranteed.

4 Truck warranty

4.1 For Sinotruk tractor series or other road truck series, including the brands HOWO, HOWO A7, HOHAN, Hejia, Golden Prince, etc., the warranty period is one year or 30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

4.2 For dump trucks or other off-road trucks including HOWO A7, Hohan, Golden Prince, etc., the warranty period is half a year or 30,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

During the warranty period, the seller is only responsible for replacement of damaged parts. Not responsible for other related expenses (such as working hours, lost work expenses, costs incurred by accessories overseas, other expanded losses, etc.)
